This would make a ton of jobs and rebuild America at the expense of people most polluting our air.
The other advantage of taxing gas is that everyone has to pay the tax - HAHA!! People getting cash under the table, or the illegals, druggies and people who hide money from the irs (which make taxpayers pay even more) WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY THE GAS TAX. HAHHAHAHAHA. In fact make it 5 bucks a buck a gallon tax and get rid of the entire us tax code for INDIVIDUAL tax payers.
