Illegal aliens are one of the major causes of the budget deficit here in California, crimes, education, welfare, depressed wages enormous health care costs. We must secure our borders as you promised during your campaign.We must pass legislation to prevent the anchor baby fiasco. Please have the Secretary of Homeland Security address this severe problem immediately. The people who are supposed to work for the people are taking advantage of the people. Our Senators and Congress persons are making more money and have much better benefits than 99% of all Americans do. I find it outrageous that they can vote themselves pay raises and increases in benefits with no one to stop them. I wish I had that option, but I do not, nor do the rest of the American Public. I say that the those that are elected to SERVE the public need to stop SERVING themselves the best of everything.

The minimum wage in this country needs to be re-evaluated and it needs to be more realistic. The minimum wage also needs to be higher or lower in different parts of the country based on the standard cost of living. I think that minimum wage should be based on a mathematical formula instead of being arbitrarily set by the government.
Minimum wage should be based on how much it costs to live in that area (the standard cost of living). It could include such factors as the cost of housing, food, gas, cars, clothes, entertainment, etc. This would allow a person to live comfortably based on the actual cost of living. The easiest way to ensure that greedy managers start thinking about the consequences of their actions, is to ensure that they will be affected by it.
Make it mandatory that this year's bonus is tied to the company / share performance 3-5 years from now.
(By the way, this is not my idea. I had it from the M&A of a German company).
