I am concerned for our country and very afraid the we are sending the wrong message to our enemies that we are not taking terrorism acts and threats very seriously. Please be careful on your thoughts of dropping charges against detainees being held at Gitmo. I feel the families of victims that lost their lives ,in the acts of terrorism against us and other countries , are not being properly served and the proper justice will not be taken. I also feel that this opens windows to further acts of terror by hate groups that really do not like America. Please, Please, Please think this out very carefully. America deserves to feel safe and the families of lost loved ones deserve proper justice.

Currently the Two State solution for the Arab-Israeli conflict envisions a Palestinian state free of Jews and other religious minorities (hence the focus on removal of "settlements"). However, the USA should not support the creation of a religious apartheid state.
Israel currently has 1.5 million Muslims and numerous other religious minorities including Christians and Bahais granted full citizenship rights in Israel proper.

I learned from the news recently that there have been more suicides of the young men currently serving in our military, than have been war deaths, in our current society! This is because our government currently has no limits on the amount of tours they demand of these young men, especially the ones serving on the front lines of battle. And once you are in the military, you have no way out. You have no free speech, you have no free will, you are at the mercy of the brutal wars you are forced to keep fighting, and killing, and being subjected to, over and over. I would go AWOL before I killed myself because of the military's abuse of my spirit! I think that their tours should not be limited to 2, but only 1. One tour is enough if you are drafted to serve. And if you are drafted to fight on the front lines, your tour should not be limited to 1/2 tour on the front, and the rest of it on the back, but only WEEKS, like 8 WEEKS or so, MAX. Maybe that's even too much. Forced killing, and seeing the killed and the dead, over and over, day after day, is brutality to your spirit, like we can hardly imagine. It's like being forced to see REALLY BRUTAL, SCARY HORROR MOVIES over and over, one worse than the next. That would really make anyone crazy, and I can see why they are committing suicide. Why not enroll USA in United Nations International Criminal Court (ICC) and prosecute all Guantanamo Bay detainees in that court due process? These are international crimes the prisoners are alleged with, some are charged with crimes against humanity. USA should be an active strong member supportive of the ICC, please enroll us without further delay. The matter of trial should be within the scope of the International Criminal Court. Instead of spending all our US dollars on Wars attempting to find Waldo (the Al Qaeda gang), and ultimately bankrupting our country in the process, why don't we focus on protecting our own borders and redistributing funds to the security of the US rather than to 2 wars in other countries? We could hire more people (increasing employment) to investigate and look into all VISA's of the immigrated folks (say from 1990 to present) from the countries who harbor terrorists (securing our own country from further attacks). We would check their backgrounds and find out why they are in the US, and if it smells like a rat, export them back to their country of origin.
